KKR to acquire i&u TV.

KKR agreed to acquire i&u TV, a German television production company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “After i&u’s almost 20 years of success, I am grateful to the employees. Andreas Zaik will ensure continuity at the company as Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief. I will also continue to support the company both in front of and behind the camera for several more years.
