Encompass Health completed the acqisition of Alacare Home Health & Hospice.

Encompass Health, a provider of integrated post-acute healthcare services, completed the acqisition of Birmingham‑based Alacare Home Health & Hospice, a provider of nursing, rehabilitative, palliative, and hospice care services.
