Synopsis

TIL, a company that invests in, develops and manages container terminals around the world, agreed to acquire a 50% stake in CSM Italia Gate, the company which owns 100% of Medcenter Container Terminal, from Contship Italia, an Italian container terminal, intermodal and logistics operator. Financial terms were not disclosed.
