Lutech Group acquired Finance Evolution.

Lutech Group, a company operating in the ICT engineering and services field, acquired Finance Evolution, an ICT and consulting company specializing in the finance sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition brings to the Lutech Group the skills of 110 professionals, excellent profiles that complete the company's value proposition in the financial sector. The great technological complementarity with Lutech Group gives further strength to the consultancy proposals of the group, thanks to a recognized positioning in the sector, in the world of banking and capital market, with experiences related to the world of securities and derivatives, private banking as well as security services. Finance Evolution has in its portfolio vertical proprietary solutions in addition to the already rich group portfolio to enrich the end-to-end offer for the Financial Services industry.
