Better Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Oyez Professional Services, a provider of specialist products & services to legal and professional organisations, from Spicers OfficeTeam, a UK office supplies group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Oyez Professional Services consists of Waterlow Business Supplies legal and HR forms and software businesses of Spciers OfficeTeam.
