Polmlek Group to acquire Rolmlecz and Lacpol.

Polmlek, manufacturers of juice and dairy products, to acquire Rolmlecz and Lacpol, two manufacturers of dairy products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Polmlek wants to directly take control of the production and service enterprise Rolmlecz in Węgrów and indirectly over the foreign trade enterprise dairy cooperative Lacpol and its subsidiaries. Currently, the Polmlek Group has seven production plants - six dairy and one juice - Fortuna. Polmlek has 600 dairy products in its portfolio. The Lacpol Group has 9 production and service plants, a cold store, two dairy wholesalers and a hotel in Krynica Zdrój.
