Private equity companies Intermediate Capital Group and Merieux Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Doc Generici, one of Italy’s largest independent generic pharmaceutical companies, from CVC Capital Partners for $1.2bn. “This is a significant deal for Europe Fund VII and a milestone deal for ICG in Italy.
