Advanced Computer Solutions completed the acquisition of Kirona from Livingbridge and Gresham.

Advanced Computer Solutions, a software provider specializing in delivering enterprise and market-focused solutions, completed the acquisition of Kirona, a workforce management, and resource scheduling software company from private equity firms Livingbridge and Gresham House Ventures. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition further strengthens Advanced’s Enterprise Resource Planning offering by extending its Human Capital Management capabilities for the public, private and health & care organizations. “We are extremely proud of the business we have built based on innovation and strong customer delivery.
