Russian national operator Rostelecom closes acquisition of stake in National Technologies. State-owned corporation Rostec owns 51% of NT. Financial terms were not disclosed. The new joint venture will be focused on development of support and supplies of software and hardware for data storage systems. The systems will be used for the implementation of the country's data retention law, also known as the anti-terrorism Yarovaya law.
