Sopra Banking Software completed the acquisition of SAB, from The International Finance Corporation.

Sopra Banking Software, a European leader in digital transformation, completed the acquisition of SAB, a French leader in software publishing for the banking sector, from The International Finance Corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will strengthen Sopra Banking Software’s position in France in core banking software - from where SAB generates two-thirds of its revenues from mid-market clients - and expand its reach in Europe and in Africa. “I’m excited about the plans we have mapped out together.
