Waste Management to acquire Advanced Disposal Services for $4.6bn.

Waste Management, the provider of comprehensive waste management environmental services in North America, agreed to acquire Advanced Disposal Services, the fourth largest solid waste company in the US, for $4.6bn. Waste Management lowered its bid from $4.9bn on June 24, 2020.
