Private equity firm EQT Partners completed the acquisition of Dellner Couplers, a global niche market leader in couplers, gangways and adjacent products for passenger rail rolling stock, for $801m. “The passenger rail market is resilient and growing, and Dellner is uniquely positioned with significant potential.
