Verium completed the acquisition of Mobil in Time.

Verium, a Zurich-based, management-owned multi-family office, completed the acquisition of Mobil in Time, a provider of mobile energy solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The merger with S&G Mobile Heizzentrale AG will enable us to substantially expand our equipment pool of mobile energy systems and to provide our customers with suitable and tailor-made solutions based on combined know-how and many years of experience," Thomas Lott, Mobil in Time Group CEO.
