Learning Technologies Group, a integrated digital learning and talent management services and technologies provider, completed the acquisition of Breezy, a fast-growing talent acquisition software business, for $12m in cash. Integration activity is expected to leverage components of Breezy’s software to support swifter and richer feature releases to PeopleFluent’s enterprise product customers.
