Wilhelm Plumpe completed the acquisition of Chemitas GmbH from HC Starck Group.

Wilhelm Plumpe, HC Starck Group Supervisory Board Member, completed the acquisition of Chemitas, a provider of business services in the chemical industry, from HC Starck Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our goal is to consolidate the existing good market position and to establish ourselves further in Goslar as well as in the region as a reliable and highly professional service provider," Wilhelm Plumpe, HC Stark Group's supervisory board member.
