Ashtead Technology completed the acquisition of Aqua-Tech Solutions.

Ashtead Technology, which provides subsea equipment solutions, completed the acquisition of Aqua-Tech Solutions, a Louisiana-based subsea equipment rental and cutting services specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an exciting time for the business.
