3i Group completed the acquisition of DISA Assets from NS Financial Services.

3i Group, an international investment manager focused on mid-market private equity and infrastructure, completed the acquisition of DISA Assets, a passenger train lessor, from NS Financial Services, a provider of financial services to the railway industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. For 3i Group this is a stable asset with an attractive yield profile and builds on 3i’s successful investments in the rail sector.
