Eurazeo and BPI France-backed Vitaprotech completed the acquisition of Groupe ARD.

Eurazeo and BPI France-backed Vitaprotech, a key player in the security and management of critical sites, completed the acquisition of Groupe ARD, a French player in access-control and electronic banking. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will enable VITAPROTECH Group to reinforce its market position, especially in the education and health sectors and to become the leader in the French security market.
