Valorem completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Force Hydraulique Antillaise from InfraVia.

Valorem, an independent renewable energy company, completed its acquisition of a 51% stake in Force Hydraulique Antillaise, the developer and operator of hydropower plants in the French Caribbean islands, from InfraVia, private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
