Ampersand-backed Canopy acquired Zellkraftwerk

Canopy Biosciences LLC, a leading provider of gene editing and gene expression products and services, acquired Zellkraftwerk GmbH, a leader in multiplex cytometry. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal was concluded after Canopy closed a strategic growth investment from Ampersand Capital Partners.
