AEI to acquire Alpine Air Express.

AE Industrial Partners, a private equity investor specializing in Aerospace & Defense, Power Generation, and Specialty Industrial businesses, agreed to acquire Alpine Air Express, a air cargo operator providing regional air cargo services, financial terms were not disclosed. As part of this transaction, AEI has partnered with the Company’s existing shareholders, including Michael Dancy who will continue in his role as CEO of Alpine.
