Sargent & Lundy acquired the energy business of Ares Corporation.

Sargent & Lundy, one of the oldest and most experienced power engineering consulting companies in the world, acquired the energy business of Ares Corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sargent & Lundy has enjoyed an excellent working relationship with ARES ESD dating back more than 10 years.
