Pluralsight to acquire GitPrime for $170m.

Pluralsight, an enterprise technology skills platform that delivers a unified, end-to-end learning experience for businesses across the globe, would acquire GitPrime for £130m ($170m). The acquisition is expected to be closed on the 6th of May 2019.
