Lightyear Capital, a New York-based private equity firm focused on financial services, completed its acquisition of a controlling stake in Lighthouse Technologies Holdings, a provider of technology-enabled eDiscovery, compliance and information governance. Several existing investors and the senior management team will remain committed shareholders as part of this transaction.
