Private equity firm Oakley Capital terminated the deal to buy stakes in Rastreator and Acierto, two digital insurance brokers, from Admiral Group and Mapfre. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under the terms of the original agreement, a joint venture company would have been established as a holding company of both Rastreator and Acierto.
