Canopy Growth, a diversified cannabis and hemp company, completed the acquisition of C3 Cannabinoid Compound Company, a provider of a pure chemical compound with standardized concentrations of tetrahydrocannabinol, from Bionorica, a pharmaceutical company, for $254m.
