Aquiline-backed ClearCourse acquired Crafty Clicks platform.

ClearCourse Partnership, a group of innovative technology companies providing software, services, and digital capabilities, acquired Crafty Clicks, a specialist data provider and address validation platform. Crafty Clicks is ClearCourse's seventh acquisition since its foundation in October 2018. Financial terms were not disclosed. Gerry Gualtieri, CEO of ClearCourse, commented: "We're very excited to welcome Crafty Clicks to ClearCourse. The business is not only hugely complementary to our existing portfolio but has enormous growth potential in its own right. Its elegant, market-leading technology will add significant value to our businesses and their clients."
