Lexitas, a leading national provider of litigation support services and a portfolio company of Trinity Hunt Partners, today announced the acquisition of three court reporting companies Barrister Reporting Service, American Stenographic and Eppley Court Reporting. Financial terms are not disclosed. These acquisitions strengthen Lexitas’s growing Northeast footprint and enhance its coast to coast presence.
