Longship-backed Sensio, a Norwegian software provider for the care tech and smart home markets, acquired Vestfold Audio, a Norwegian provider of alerting systems for people with hearing impairment and cognitive challenges. Financial terms were not disclosed. Combined, the two companies become a forceful player within the Norwegian care tech market, with a broad portfolio of solutions and products. Through the merger, the company will be the leading supplier of welfare technology to Norwegian municipalities and to users through the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration.
