Co-founder Józef Grzymała sold his shares in Przedsiebiorstwo Farmaceutyczne LEK-AM, a Polish pharmaceutical company, to second co-founder Andrzej Wyrzykowski via a leveraged buy-out process. Financial terms were not disclosed.
