Lifespace Communities completed the acquisition of Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation.

Lifespace Communities, which provides nursing and assisted living care services for senior communities, completed the acquisition of Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation, a nonprofit organization which sponsors and operates the life care communities. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This affiliation will deliver tangible benefits and greater opportunities to those whom each organization serves and employs.
