Quartum Kapital to acquire Polywest.

Quartum Kapital, German investment company, to acquire Polywest, plastics technology provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Following the acquisition, Polywest will continue to operate as an independent company headed by its existing management team. The investment is aimed at maintaining the strong growth Polywest has generated in recent years.
