Silver Lake-backed Lightbox completed the acquisition of Real Capital Markets.

Silver Lake-backed Lightbox, a provider of due diligence, risk management, location intelligence, marketing and workflow solutions, completed the acquisition of Real Capital Markets, a global marketplace for commercial real estate.
