DCC to acqiure Amacom.

DCC, an international sales, marketing and support services group, agreed to acquire Amacom, a supplier of consumer electronics and small domestic appliances. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Amacom provides us with the opportunity to expand our Consumer Electronics business in Continental Europe.
