Eiffage, a French civil engineering construction company, completed the acquisition of a 49.99% stake in Toulouse-Blagnac airport, for €500m. This acquisition fits in Eiffage strategy aimed at diversifying its concessions portfolio as well as lengthening its duration in the territories where it has a long standing presence.
