Lincoln Electric, a global firm in design, development and manufacture of arc welding products, completed the acquisition of an additional 50% stake in Askaynak, a supplier and manufacturer of welding consumables, arc welding equipment, from Eczacibasi Holding. Financial terms were not disclosed.
