Advent International to acquire AccentCare from Oak Hill Capital.

Advent International agreed to acquire AccentCare, a nationwide leader in post-acute healthcare, from private equity firm Oak Hill Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. AccentCare is the sixth-largest home health platform and the third-largest personal care platform in the United States, offering a range of services – from personal, non-medical care to skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospice care, and care management – across 16 states. “AccentCare is a terrific platform that is setting the standard for high-quality home and community-based healthcare.
