OverActive Media completed the acquisition of MediaXP.

OverActive Media, a global esports and entertainment organization, completed the acquisition of MediaXP, a provider of esports centric event service. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is yet another step forward in our effort to build a world-leading, global esports platform that will redefine the future of sports and entertainment.
