Playtika, a Israeli-based social casino gaming company, completed the acquisition of Seriously, a Helsinki, Finland-based mobile games maker. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We intend to leverage their expertise in technology, online marketing, AI, analytics, as well as live operations, while sharing with them our expertise in product, brand and offline marketing,” Andrew Stalbow, Seriously CEO.
