EDILIANS completed the acquisition of Umbelino Monteiro from Etex.

EDILIANS, a French roofing company, completed the acquisition of Umbelino Monteiro, Portuguese clay tile business of Etex, a Belgian international company in the building products sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am remarkably impressed to see how Umbelino Monteiro employees have professionalized the company in all aspects over the last years. The sale of the Portuguese clay tile business will allow Etex to concentrate on its core businesses. We are confident that the business will be in good hands with EDILIANS,” Paul Van Oyen, Etex CEO.
