EDILIANS, a French roofing company, completed the acquisition of Umbelino Monteiro, Portuguese clay tile business of Etex, a Belgian international company in the building products sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am remarkably impressed to see how Umbelino Monteiro employees have professionalized the company in all aspects over the last years.
