STARK Group completed the acquisition of Saint Gobain Building Distribution Deutschland from Saint Gobain for €335m.

STARK Group, the retailer and distributor of building materials in the Nordic countries, completed the acquisition of Saint Gobain Building Distribution Deutschland from Saint Gobain for €335m. SGBDD operates a nationwide network of 220 branches from which approximately 5k employees serve a wide range of customers in the renovation and new construction sectors through a flexible delivery model. “I am very pleased to announce the acquisition of SGBDD.
