Ambienta, an Italy-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 65% stake in Phoenix International, a leader in the design and manufacture of aluminum extrusion dies and related tooling solutions, from Chequers Capital, a leading private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
