Walnut Bidco, owned by Jochnick family, completed the buy-back of Oriflame at a price of SEK227 ($23) in cash per share. The offer valued the firm at $1.3bn. Being participants in the Offer, Alexander af Jochnick, Anna of Jochnick and Robert af Jochnick have not participated and will not participate in the Board’s evaluation of or resolutions concerning the Offer. The Jochnick family controls 31% of the shares in Oriflame.
