Lutech to acquire DISC.

Lutech Group, ICT engineering, and services company, agreed to acquire Disc, Italian system integrator and software house. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition brings in our Group new application management skills, with vertical services and solutions for the Finance market, as well as strengthening the ERP and CRM solutions portfolio," Tullio Pirovano, Lutech Group CEO. “With the entry into the Lutech Group, we give total continuity to the support to our customers and we expand the possibility of proposing complementary services not only in the banking sector, turning to an ever wider market and with the possibility of proposing increasingly complete and integrated solutions."
