Capitol Group to acquire two palm plantation companies from Noble Group

Capitol Group in its acquisition of two palm plantation companies, subsidiaries of Noble Group. The transaction is structured as a combination of equity investment and acquisition of shareholders loan which will be capitalized following the acquisition for $67m.
