Fieldex Exploration, a Canadian mineral exploration firm, to acquire Copeland Biosciences, a cannabis pharma company, in a reverse takeover transaction. Upon the deal closure, Fieldex will be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange and will be renamed Copeland Biosciences Corp.
