Freedom Mortgage completed the merger with RoundPoint Mortgage.

Freedom Mortgage, a full-service mortgage company, completed the merger with RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing, a national loan servicer, residential mortgage lender and co-issue purchaser. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This merger will create a much larger and stronger organization with significant synergies. RoundPoint will benefit operationally in many ways, including having access to Freedom Mortgage's substantial origination platform. With the combination of servicing portfolios, the merger makes the company the seventh largest US mortgage servicer nationwide," Kevin Brungardt, RoundPoint CEO.
