Freedom Mortgage, a full-service mortgage company, completed the merger with RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing, a national loan servicer, residential mortgage lender and co-issue purchaser. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This merger will create a much larger and stronger organization with significant synergies. RoundPoint will benefit operationally in many ways, including having access to Freedom Mortgage's substantial origination platform.
