LBBW Immobilien Investment Management completed the acquisition of the Sidon portfolio from Patrizia.

LBBW Immobilien Investment Management, the real estate investment arm of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW), completed the acquisition of the Sidon portfolio, a group of core-plus office buildings located in German B-cities, from Patrizia Immobilien, a real estate investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the acquisition of the SIDON portfolio, we have secured high-quality office space in sustainable German regional centers for our investors.
